Our current payment options available are:

• COD (Cash on Delivery)

COD Terms & Conditions:

1. Only CASH payments will be accepted.
2. Strictly NO order cancellations. Kindly check your items upon receiving. In case of a return request due to a change of size or dislike of the product, the customer will have to contact BIGSHIPDUBAI for the Return procedures and fees.
3. Courier will not accept returned items upon delivery.

COD Payment Instructions:

Kindly hand over your payment to the delivery person. We are not encouraging order cancellations upon delivery.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATE

• 35.00 AED is the standard shipping fee on orders 150.00 AED and below

FREE SHIPPING

• The customer is eligible for free shipping on orders above 150.00 AED.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Once your return is received, inspected and prove that the fault is not on us, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

REFUND

• Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
